Red Pine Builders is a certified Andersen Windows Service Provider that services the Minneapolis / St. Paul and western Wisconsin areas. We can service, repair, or replace your existing windows and patio doors.
Are you experiencing cold drafts from your windows? Do you have condensation or fog inside your windows? Are your windows damaged or have wood rot? Do you have missing or broken window parts? Or do you simply want to lower your heating and air conditioning bills with more energy efficient windows?
Need some inspiration for your next project? We’re thankful to have the opportunity to share our passion for remodeling and home building with you.
During the initial consultation, we learn more about your remodeling project and the reasons why the space isn't working for you. We try to tune into your wish list, timing, budget, and design ideas. We'll also try to offer our own ideas and see if they resonate with your wish list.
After forming a good understanding of your project, we need to draw up conceptual plans to determine the design aspects, feasibility, and cost analysis for the project. A fee to complete the plans is due at this stage.
After the architectural / design plans are complete and all bids from our top-notch subcontractors have been received, we'll schedule a meeting with you to review the plans and present a total cost estimate for the project. This will be a starting point that can be modified with a change order later if necessary.
After you're happy with the plans and estimate, a contract is signed that details the scope of work, allowances (if any), payment schedule, and warranty details.
The interior design stage is where you get to have some fun! You can use your own interior designer or our in-house designer (Andrea) to help with product and material selections. We'll give you our preferred vendors list for selecting appliances, cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting...etc.
We'll be in close communication with you when scheduling to ensure that our work won't inconvenience you and your schedule. Once demolition and construction begin, we'll be on-site regularly to monitor and ensure that every last detail is completed to your ultimate satisfaction.
